This panel discussion is a follow-up to the documentary 13th. Together with local experts from the legislature, court system, and law enforcement, we will explore what steps Fayetteville and Cumberland County are taking to curtail mass incarceration and safeguard civil and human rights. Facilitated by: Dorrance Kennedy, Ed.D, LCSW. Guest speakers: Rick Glazier, Executive Director of the NC Justice Center; Police Chief Hawkins; Assistant Police Chief Anthony Kelly; Judge Gale Adams, Superior Court Judge.
